MIMI ARTHUR

Mimi Arthur’s practice includes products liability, mass tort defense, insurance coverage, and medical malpractice cases. She has handled complex litigation in several states, including Louisiana and Mississippi, and she has been selected as a Mid-South Rising Star and to The Best Lawyers in America. Mimi is also a certified mediator.

Mimi was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and she graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas with a degree in International Studies and a minor in French. Mimi worked in the oil and gas industry before attending Mississippi College School of Law, where she was the Case Note and Comment Editor of the Law Review. After law school graduation, Mimi clerked for Judge Patricia H. Minaldi, United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana (Lake Charles Division) and for Presiding Justice Jess H. Dickinson of the Mississippi Supreme Court.

Mimi is active in several organizations, including the Mississippi Bar, the Junior League of Jackson, and the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. Mimi resides in Madison with her husband, Dewey, and their three children.
