WHO WE ARE

VIRGINIA “GINNY” DELIMAN

As a litigator, Ginny is known for being composed and empathetic, yet firm and tenacious. She believes that preparation and attention to details are indispensable in every case she handles.  

Since her admission to the Mississippi Bar in 2006, Ginny has enjoyed an active and fast-paced practice in civil litigation. Her practice includes defense of clients in a broad spectrum of litigated matters, including trucking and auto accident, medical malpractice, construction litigation, premises liability, product liability, and bad faith and insurance coverage cases. She has also handled commercial disputes, contract disputes, wrongful termination, disability insurance and casualty insurance claims, banking disputes, and securities arbitrations. 

Ginny has appeared before all levels of courts across the State of Mississippi and has tried over twenty cases to jury verdict. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (“ABOTA”).  Ginny argued appeals before the Mississippi Court of Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her appellate practice has produced dozens of published opinions. 

As a complement to her litigation and appellate practice, Ginny uses her skills and experience to assist others with resolution of their disputes through mediation. She is approved by the Mississippi Bar as a Court-Annexed Mediator. 

Ginny attended the University of Mississippi and completed her undergraduate studies at Millsaps College, cum laude, in Jackson, Mississippi She obtained her juris doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2006. While in law school, Ginny served as Senior Articles Editor for the Law Review and was President of the Environmental Law Society. 

When not working, Ginny enjoys gardening, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her two adult daughters and their growing families.
